[Reception. How to use the Green Lodge]
・Please be sure to complete the application process at the reception (Oeyama Green Lodge Front) before using the service.
・Business hours: 9:00-17:00. The store is open from 9:00-17:00. Please purchase firewood and other consumables during business hours.
・The large public bath at Oeyama Green Lodge can be used until 21:30 (last entry at 21:00). However, this is only possible if there are guests staying at Oeyama Green Lodge. Please ask at the reception when you check in. However, there may be cases where guests are mixed in. Thank you for your understanding.
[Campsite usage rules]
・Bedtime is 22:00. Please be quiet from 22:00 onwards so as not to disturb those around you.
・The use of generators and karaoke within the facility is prohibited. Please be careful when using music players and musical instruments, as they may cause inconvenience to other customers. Please refrain from idling when parking, and drive slowly within the facility.
・Smoking is prohibited within the campsite. Please smoke in the designated smoking area (in front of the Green Lodge entrance).
- Digging holes or trenches on the campsite is prohibited.
・Open fires are prohibited. Please make sure to use a fire pit (with a fireproof sheet laid down). *Open fires are only permitted in the fire circle within the forest free site.
・Only hand-held fireworks or Fukiage fireworks are permitted until 9:00 p.m. After enjoying your time, please immerse the fireworks in water (using a bucket, etc.) to completely extinguish them, and then clean up after yourself. Rocket fireworks, fireworks, firecrackers, etc. are prohibited.
・If you bring pets to a campsite that allows pets, please make sure to keep them on a leash or in a cage. If your pet causes a nuisance to other guests by crying at night or barking unnecessarily, you may be asked to leave. Please dispose of your pet's waste and hair appropriately at your own responsibility.
[Garbage. Handling of rental items]
・When checking out, please take all trash from the campsite with you so that none is left behind. If you are using the trash disposal service, you will be given trash bags (1 burnable, 1 plastic, 1 non-burnable) at reception. Please separate your trash into burnable, plastic, and non-burnable (plastic bottles, various cans, pins, BBQ grills, etc.) and bring them to reception when you check out. There will be an additional charge for bulky trash such as tents, tarps, and chairs.
・If illegal dumping occurs, a fine of 10,000 yen will be collected. If rental items are damaged, stolen, or lost due to gross negligence, you may be required to pay for repairs or the purchase of equivalent items.

・Please do not enter rivers or streams if they are flooded due to sudden heavy rain. In some cases, you may be asked to discontinue camping activities. Thank you for your understanding.
・Please be aware that members of the public may visit rivers and waterfront areas. We ask for your understanding.
・During winter, the water supply to the campsite, the sinks and toilets at Dojiso are turned off to prevent the water pipes from freezing. Please use the Green Lodge facilities only for the toilets.
・If there is a large amount of snow, the campsite may be closed or its use may be restricted.
・For safety and facility management reasons, we may ask you to leave if you behave in an undesirable manner, cause trouble to other customers, or violate these precautions.
・Please note that even after completing your application, we may refuse your use in the following cases.
*If any act is found to be in violation of laws, regulations or public order and morals.
*If behavior or speech is observed that is disruptive to other customers.
* Use by organized crime groups, companies related to organized crime groups, or similar entities, or members of such groups (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social forces").
* If you invite anyone other than the user applicant into the facility, sell merchandise or distribute advertising materials, or engage in any other acts prohibited by the administrator.
User risk
Our campsite is not a place where safety is guaranteed. There are various risks, such as accidents due to encounters with animals such as deer or wild boars, accidents caused by trees falling due to strong winds, accidents caused by gusts of wind, accidents caused by lightning, accidents caused by cars, and theft. We accept reservations from those who agree to use the site at their own risk while staying close to nature. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or someone with a responsible person. Please do not allow children to act alone in the campsite or playing in the river.
As a campground manager, we do everything we can to prevent accidents, provide maintenance, and explain the situation, but we believe that a safe and enjoyable time can only be had with the understanding and consideration of our users. If you do not agree or sympathize with the above, you will not be able to use the facility, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
